ConTech now offers you the ability to receive live remote support.
For your security our remote support tool, powered by TeamViewer, does NOT create a persistent connection to your computer. Our support staff can only connect when YOU initiate a support session and give us the one-time password generated for that session.
Please click on the link below to download the support tool. Once it is downloaded and run simply give your ConTech staff member the information in the "Your ID" field. Then, when asked, please give the one-time password which will allow our staff member to see and control your desktop to provide you with top-of-the-line remote support.
